You got to love family traditions, every year sinc You got to love family traditions, every year since I can remember Good Friday has always been a day of tradition, mass with “the stations of the cross”and onto my aunts house for traditional Lebanese cuisine. As the years have passed it moved to my moms house and last year in lock down we were all separated. I felt such a longing for my family, spinach’s “Leb pies” as we know it made me feel less lonely. So I tried to make them last year for the first time. This year was easier, and so it goes. It’s a funny thing about traditions hOw they can emboldened such nostalgia. I felt blessed that this year I was able to be with the most special people in my life.

Spent most of Saturday and Sunday cooking up a storm with my mom. Home made lasagna is on the menu for Easter Lunch.

I started working with the most wonderful client on an update on her French inspired home and our mutual love for this armoire prompted me to finally having it in my home!!! She got two! In fact it was an anniversary gift from my hubby. I knew the perfect spot for it and what it would hold. Love it’s chippy charm and authentic look.
