Setting a festive Easter table is such fun!!! You can let your inner child come out to play a little.
I tried to keep things super simple and easy by keeping the decor light and colourfull.
Instead of a fancy underplate, I used these faux grass squares that I have had for many years! you will be surprised how many times I have been able to use these in many themed events.
keeping the look causal I played with layers of different flat wear and folded the napkin in a very classic “Easter” bunny ear.
For the table arrangement, I placed a hessian runner with a pretty floral fabric down an exposed wooden outdoor table. I love this weathered wood and I think it adds a whole lot of character.
Moss is placed down the middle of the table and these cute faux dotted Easter eggs and toadstools, add a bit of whimsey.
All that’s left to do is the floral centerpiece.
Admittedly, I had such big plans for this shoot, however, the weather did not play along so I had to rush to get some pics.
I placed some carrots in a clear vase and mixed up some fresh roses and snapdragons for texture and added this to the table setting.
On the back on the chairs, I hung small wreaths and with the table being set in the garden it made all the difference to the overall look!
I have a lovely menu in mind for Easter and I promise to share it soon with all of you.
Romancing the home will take a little Easter Break and will catch up with you on the 26th.
Hope you all have a blessed Easter!
